I led the eCommerce development and marketing strategy for Deekor, an online home décor and furniture store built on WooCommerce. The project included website development, social media marketing, paid campaigns, and content creation.
Deekor needed a cost-effective online presence to reach a competitive market. Their challenge was to attract new customers, convert visitors into buyers, and increase sales without relying on costly retail operations or premium advertising budgets.

The solution
I developed the WooCommerce website and built a marketing ecosystem around it. This included:
Facebook Marketplace and Instagram presence with QR codes to drive mobile traffic.
Segmented newsletters for leads and returning customers.
Optimized paid campaigns: shifting from 30s ads to 15s videos with strong opening hooks, which boosted sales by 20%.
From strategy to execution—web, social, ads, video, and photography—I managed the full digital rollout, helping Deekor grow its visibility and achieve measurable sales results.
